Bimbola "bim" adisa
Bim is the founder and CEO of BPS. In addition to driving the strategic direction for the company, Bim oversees the Business Development/Client Acquisition and finance functions of the organization.
Prior to founding BPS, Bim worked as an investment banker for Deutsche Bank, covering the renewable energy sector. He advised utilities on corporate mergers and acquisitions, help to finance and acquire power plant assets and worked on initial public offerings for equipment manufacturers.
Bim started his career as an aeronautical engineer at British Airways after which he joined Rolls-Royce. In his initial role at Rolls Royce he was a design engineer - designing turbine blades for military aircraft engines. He later joined Rolls Royce’s commercial aerospace division where he was responsible for sales and marketing in Northeast Asia, with airline clients in China, Japan and South Korea.
Bim has a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Salford, a Masters in Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering (Northwestern University), and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
