Customer Portal

Portal provides a secure platform for DisCo customers to log in, view electricity usage, track availability, request services and make payments (either prepaid vending or post paid bills). This improves the customer experience while helping to drive revenue for the DisCo.

Revenue Protection

Our Revenue Protection module uses machine learning algorithims to track trends in customer consumption, vending patterns and availability. It identifies customers that have potentially their meters with a 90% accuracy. These customers are flagged for the DisCo to carry out physical site inspection. Use of machine learning makes loss prevention activity much more efficient than physical meter bypass measures.
